Had a wonderful experience here in 2025. Professional, personable, patient, kind, knowledgeable, well versed. The entire staff was great, the process was smooth, and I was satisfied with the appointment. I would definitely return. I relocated recently, so had to try another eye doctor closer to me, and had a rough experience. It led me to feel grateful for how great of an experience I had here at Montgomery Village. I am thinking I will take the long drive to receive better service next year, and just come here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Montgomery Village Eye Center! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how professional, welcoming, and caring everyone was. The manager, the doctor, assistants were exceptional. You can truly tell that they care about their patients and take pride in the work they do. I especially want to recognize Stephanie Figueroa, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Stephanie is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and, most importantly, genuinely kind. She took the time to help my mom and myself, made sure everything was handled properly, and treated us with a level of care and compassion that is unfortunately not always easy to find. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Stephanie’s dedication truly deserves to be recognized. She is an outstanding representation of what exceptional customer service should look like. Montgomery Village Eye Center is very fortunate to have someone like her on their team. I highly recommend Montgomery Village Eye Center to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a team that genuinely cares about their patients. Stephanie, you truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making such a positive difference! You deserve a raise!

The associates are always very helpful, kind and consistent. Have seen the same faces since weve been coming for several years too, so its nice that their turnover seems to be nonexistent with employees. They are always efficient, thorough, and courteous with plenty of options for eyewear-care!

Easy paperwork and friendly front desk staff. The ability to have photos taken of your eye to avoid dilation if medically recommended was great (there is a fee for the photos - but worth it for my time and getting to see what the doctor sees). I've been to many eye doctors over my lifetime and this was a fun experience and no pressure to purchase after my prescription was printed.

If you can find a better practice use it. This group is tops! After disappointing experiences with mega centers finding this practice was worth the search. They are ALWAYS thhere for their patients.

Dr. Ely and the entire staff are absolutely outstanding. They are insanely helpful. They never do anything that you wouldn’t want to do. They recommend based on what is needed for you. I have never had an issue with anybody there and are always willing to help on any problem that I may have, and always make the best possible suggestions for my situations. Everybody is patient and kind and willing to help, and make accommodations for you. Great people, outstanding staff. Wouldn’t recommend any other eye doctor in the area, other than Dr. Ely.

I just had a very positive experience at Maple Lawn Eye Care Center. I have been coming here for the past 8 years and I continue to feel that I am getting top notch service from very qualified personnel. Friendly, calm, efficient. My eyes are changing and Dr. Ely gave me a sophisticated and thorough examination, and then explained--in details that I could understand--what is going on. I feel confident that I am in good hands.

My 2 year old daughter needed to have tear duct opening surgery and it was performed at this facility. This staff, nurses, and doctors were all extremely compassionate and thorough. They went above and beyond to make my daughter and I feel comfortable. Although I hope she never has to get surgery again, I would feel comfortable returning here.

We travel from all over the world to see Dr Nathan for our daughter and now for myself and my husband! Over 25 years and we still only trust Dr. Nathan for the best eye care ever.

Excellent experience! Dr. Stephanie Fox was wonderful, as was my Technician (also named Stephanie). The Front Desk team was very welcoming upon arrival and super helpful during check-out. The entire team at this facility is top-notch. I put off getting my eyes checked for several years due to medical anxiety, but this facility was so patient-focused, I was quickly put at ease. I will definitely go back as needed!

I can't recommend Severna Park Eye Care enough! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We've been coming here for over 4 years, and we've never had a bad experience. Dr. Brown is fantastic and was especially great when my son started wearing contacts. Scheduling an appointment is super easy, with plenty of availability. Ordering glasses and contacts is a breeze too, and they really work hard to get you the best deal, whether through insurance or rebates. Truly the best around!

Great experience, everyone from front desk to the techs and doctor were amazing and so friendly! Appointments were on time and quick. Didn’t feel pressured or rushed to find new glasses, and when I did find a pair they made that process super easy as well. Would definitely recommend!

Estee was very nice , kind and eager to help . She was so friendly and just a joy. Other employees didn’t even ask if we needed help. They weren’t even doing anything. But Estee was busy and still was kind and attentive. Took us right away and gave us a great experience. Dr. Tu was great was us as well.

Had a fabulous experience! I saw Dr Henriksen who was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained what was causing my poor vision, what would need to be done to fix it and gave me a referral. My husband, who was in the waiting room, said he was impressed just by watching the level of customer service. What shocked me - yes, shocked - was due to the problems I was having, new glasses would not help but he did not try to get me new frames or spend extra on "their" contacts. How refreshing that was. The only negative part of the experience was finding that Dr Henriksen is leaving the practice but he DID mention another with whom he thought I would like so I will definitely be looked at Severna Park Eye Care as my "place to go".

I have been a patient at Federal Hill Eye Care for over 25 years, and even with changes over the years, it continues to be one of the best places in the neighborhood. There’s something special about having a business you can rely on for so many years and knowing that the quality of care and service remains strong. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful, and I appreciate the familiarity and sense of community that comes with being a longtime patient.
